About The Enliven Project

We all deserve to live our lives fully which means different things for different people. For me, it means finding work I love, spending time with people who nourish my soul, expanding circles of connection, and generally being organized and balanced across all areas of my life. It’s about knowing and understanding myself and my relationships with others so we can collectively inhabit, and hopefully change, the world in which we live. It means embracing all that it means to be human - our pain, our joy, our fears, and our courage to face them.

Over the years, I have been inspired by others who live this way: Alice Walker, Julia Cameron, Gretchen Rubin, Tony Schwartz, and Brene Brown to name a few. Heck, I’d even throw Oprah in there but I think it’s a little easier when you have a billion dollars and a TV network.

It is my hope that this project will be a way to inspire and challenge others to be truly alive. A place to explore the practical and philosophical approaches to fully living our lives in connection to others and to our communities. And perhaps some continued observations and commentary on things that get me all passionate and riled up.

Thank you for being a part of the conversation, and joining me on this adventure!
